Support can be given remotely in cases where physical visit to the pharmacy is required, we will communicate and agree on dates, hours convenient for the pharmacy. Clients on basic package will be supported within 24 hours.

Note: To ensure the quality of data and better data management, Apteka technical team undertakes the onboarding exercise. One-time onboarding fees will vary depending on the stock held. On-boarding exercise includes; Inventory Audit, Product formulary costing, pricing, expiry and batch number entry of the initial stock, training of staff.
